Policies and house rules

The short version: treat C203 like a friend's home, keep the noise down at night, and enjoy the beach.

Check-in and checkout

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM, with a keypad. We send your door code and directions before you arrive.
• Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
• Free on-site parking. Fill out the parking permit in the condo and leave it on your dashboard.

House rules

• Up to 6 overnight guests.
• No pets (service animals welcome).
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the condo or on the lanai.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No commercial photography or filming.

Before you leave

• Return all pool towels (green/white or tan/white stripes).
• If you have time, load and start the dishwasher (pods are under the kitchen sink).

Safety

• Waipouli Beach Resort is oceanfront with open, ungated access to the water. Please keep a close eye on children, and only swim when conditions are calm.
• The condo has a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.
• The resort has 24-hour security and cameras in common areas. There are no cameras in or at the condo.

Accessibility

• C203 is on the second floor, with an elevator a few steps from the front door.
• Single-level condo with no stairs inside.
• Disabled parking is available, and the guest entrance is wider than 32 inches.

Booking and payment

You send a request with your dates, and we confirm availability. Once we approve it, you'll get a secure payment link. The full price, including the cleaning fee and every tax, is shown before you send your request.

Taxes and registration

Hawaii lodging taxes are included in your total and listed line by line before you pay.
